Keepers is a leading edge leadership coaching firm with a strong track record coaching leaders and helping them to learn the skills to be excellent coaches themselves. The firm comprised of a team of high-skilled coaches with an average of 15 years coaching experience. Most of our coaches have had senior leadership roles in industry and so know what it's like to feel the pressure and demands of leadership.
Keepers is led by Daniel O’Connor, M.Ed. CHRP, a sought-after coach with over 30,000 hours of leadership coaching experience.
Over his three decades as a coach, Daniel has worked with scores of companies to support the growth and development of their top talent and emerging leaders.Daniel has coached clients from the level of new managers all the way to presidents and CEOs. Current clients include senior leaders at Deloitte, CIBC, Mastercard, KPMG, BDO and RSA.
Daniel is also an award-winning filmmaker. His experience on film sets managing a large crew in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment has enabled Daniel to test and hone his own leadership capabilities.
